There’s a quick way to add specific categories of Anderson events as an icon on your iPhone. Click the first photo to start a slideshow for a quick run-through of how to do it.

Performance Review Examples
As we prepare to complete 2014 performance reviews and look ahead to setting objectives in 2014, we at the People Resource Team wanted to provide you with some tools to make the process smoother.
The following videos are examples of what certain portions of the review might look like. The reviews being done in the video are fictional, so the point is not necessarily the content of what is being said. More so, it is how they are interacting. If you aren’t quite sure how to begin having these (sometimes challenging) conversations with your team, you can use these as a guide for what kind of mood to shoot for and how to introduce certain topics.
There are different examples for both Fixed and Variable included. When you’re ready, click here to download the review form for your own use.

Drive One Donation

The Drive One 4UR School Events we’ve hosted over the last few years have been a great way for us to support local schools in our communities.
These events are actually funded by Ford Motor Company and we have the opportunity to help facilitate at the ground level, making sure that they are well promoted and attended.
Our most recent event was a big success! We helped raise $5,820 for Benton High School! A special thanks to everyone that came out and volunteered of their time.
An Honored Guest

Today we were honored to receive a visit from Mr. Gayu Uesugi, chairman and CEO of Mitsubishi Motors!
Almost There
We’ve got a bunch of troopers down at the St. Joe Ford Store. The new construction has been a long process! It’s finally coming together though, and the showroom is shaping up to be arguably the nicest of all the Anderson stores.
What was once two separate areas is now one continuous space, making for a really spacious feel. Premium finishings and materials have been included throughout, and the whole place just feels more warm and open. Way to persevere through the construction guys. The final product is looking awesome!
Check out the pictures below for a look at the progress.
Paul: 1 Cancer: 0

This morning, Anderson Ford of Lincoln team members gathered for in the Mustang Deli. We gathered in celebration of our Service Manager, Paul Kottman.
After months of treatment that included chemo, radiation, and surgery, Paul wrapped up his final treatment. Awesome news!
Anyone who knows Paul is already well aware of his genuine attitude and great work ethic. We’re all pulling for him.
Way to go Paul!
