Anderson is best described as a Team of Teams made up of four divisions: Operations, People Resource, BPM Inc., and Administration. Different groups within the company support the Mission in different ways, but we’re all pulling in the same direction. Regardless of what you do on a daily basis, your contribution is part of moving us forward.

Anderson’s largest division is made up of the hardworking individuals that work with customers everyday, and carry out the day-to-day business activities that keep our doors open. Operations includes the departments of Sales, Service, Bodyshop, Quicklane, Detail, and Parts, as well as the support roles within E-commerce and Creative.

The members of the Administration division serve all markets by overseeing and implementing office, financial, and tax functions that run the company. These people work behind the scenes, less obviously but no less importantly!

BPM Inc. is a non-profit 501c3 supported by profits from all Anderson stores. It was formed by Mike & Barb with the intention of putting a dedicated focus on serving people in need in our communities and beyond. BPM is involved in some really amazing stories, and more of them continue to come to life everyday as we pursue our Mission via this foundation. BPM Inc. has committee members in each market.
