Ford has gained a big advantage in one of the most competitive segments in the auto industry.
“Ford is leading the way among large pickup manufacturers when it comes to protecting people in a range of crashes and offering technology to warn drivers of imminent frontal crashes,” said Raul Arbelaez, vice president of the IIHS Vehicle Research Center.
This is the first time the overall pickup class has been put through the new small-front overlap test, which evaluates how vehicles withstand crashes in which their front quarters strike a fixed object. Except for the F-150, all the pickups allowed moderate to severe intrusion of vehicle structure into the cabin, putting occupants at risk for injuries.
Anderson Ford is happy to offer you the safest truck on the road today.
It’s always great when the end of the year rolls around and we finally get to select Andy Award winners at each store. These individuals were honored by their peers for exhibiting the Anderson Cultural Values.
This year, we gave several of you a chance to say why you thought your store’s winner was a deserving recipient. And we found out that Tim O’Neill may or may not have lost the store’s arm wrestling contest to Brandon Clay.

There are some solid beards going on in the St. Joseph stores this month. Our first annual No Shave November contest is in benefit of The Noyes Home and it’s shaping up to be a great donation!
Anderson will donate $100 per participant that completes the month without shaving. And participants have agreed to donate $100 if they shave before the month is over 😉

Many of those on our sales teams at the Ford stores have now had the chance to be part of a Drive One 4UR School event. At these events Ford donates $20 for every test drive, up to $6,000!
The Grand Island crew pictured above is getting setting up for their event and they went on to max out their test drives at 300, meaning they raised the full $6,000 for Grand Island Senior High! Nice work guys.
