The Drive One 4UR School Events we’ve hosted over the last few years have been a great way for us to support local schools in our communities.
These events are actually funded by Ford Motor Company and we have the opportunity to help facilitate at the ground level, making sure that they are well promoted and attended.
Our most recent event was a big success! We helped raise $5,820 for Benton High School! A special thanks to everyone that came out and volunteered of their time.
Today we were honored to receive a visit from Mr. Gayu Uesugi, chairman and CEO of Mitsubishi Motors!
We’ve got a bunch of troopers down at the St. Joe Ford Store. The new construction has been a long process! It’s finally coming together though, and the showroom is shaping up to be arguably the nicest of all the Anderson stores.
What was once two separate areas is now one continuous space, making for a really spacious feel. Premium finishings and materials have been included throughout, and the whole place just feels more warm and open. Way to persevere through the construction guys. The final product is looking awesome!
Check out the pictures below for a look at the progress.
This morning, Anderson Ford of Lincoln team members gathered for in the Mustang Deli. We gathered in celebration of our Service Manager, Paul Kottman.
After months of treatment that included chemo, radiation, and surgery, Paul wrapped up his final treatment. Awesome news!
Anyone who knows Paul is already well aware of his genuine attitude and great work ethic. We’re all pulling for him.
Way to go Paul!
We just had the privilege of delivering a pickup to the wonderful folks over at Community Crops (that’s Andrea and Ingrid taking the keys).
Community Crops is all about helping people work together to grow healthy food and live sustainably. They started out as a small community garden in 2003, and have since expanded into providing a number of great programs in the Lincoln area to promote sustainable living; including a training farm that provides technical assistance and land access to aspiring local farmers. Really great stuff.
Like many community-focused organizations, times are tight for Community Crops. Specifically, they were in need of a vehicle to transport equipment and to pull a 1-ton trailer. That’s where BPM Inc. stepped in and matched them with a pickup truck that met their needs.
We’re super excited about the impact that this crew will continue to have by promoting sustainable, wholesome food production in Lincoln!
