Open enrollment time is upon us, and we wanted to provide you with information prior to meetings.
Thank you to those who have provided feedback regarding changes made to the health insurance plan in 2015. Based on our experiences and feedback that we have received, we made the determination to change third party administrators. Effective January 1, 2016, Anderson Auto Group’s health insurance plan will be administrated by UMR, which is owned by United Healthcare.
The main question on your minds, is what does that mean for me?
- There will be no increase in premiums in 2016.
- All coverage levels will remain the same with the exception an increase in the preventive care benefit.
- There will be very little impact in the change in provider network. To verify that your provider is in network, go to www.umr.com, select “find a provider”. Select the United Healthcare Choice Plus Network
Enrollment meeting will be held on the dates listed below. All employees who wish to elect or continue health care coverage will need to attend. If you wish to decline coverage, your people resources representative will be contacting you to sign a waiver.
Monday, December 7th, 10:00 a.m. – Lincoln South
Monday, December 7th, 1:00 p.m. – Lincoln North
Wednesday, December 9th, 11:00 a.m. – St. Joe Ford
Wednesday, December 9th, 1:00 p.m. – St. Joe Kia
Thursday, December 10th, 11:00 a.m. – Grand Island
