Ford Employee Excellence Program recognizes two Anderson Auto Group employees for their contributions
Anderson Auto Group would like to congratulate Jay Rohlfing and Bruce Faimon who have distinguished themselves as top performers in the Ford 2016 Employee Excellence Program. Jay has achieved an overall Level 3 as a Warranty Administrator. Level 3 leaders are recognized as national leaders. Bruce has achieved an over Level 4 as a Service Advisor with an overall 1st place ranking among his group. Level 4 is an Elite status and is awarded as the Elite in the nation. Both Jay and Bruce work at the Anderson Ford of Lincoln location.
The path of excellence is not always the easiest to take, but it’s always the most rewarding. The commitment to providing the best possible Ford Sales and Service experience is genuinely appreciated and the Employee Excellence programs is Ford’s way of recognizing contributions and saying “Thank You”.
Ford Motor Company acknowledges that to be the best requires a consistently high level of professionalism and dedication to your craft and the Employee Excellence Program recognizes and rewards those individuals who achieve this high bar in Sales Performance and Customer Satisfaction.
Performance for a Service Advisor (SVCADV) is measured by three things; 1) Master Training Certification, 2) Repair order combined battery, brake and tire penetration, and 3) Customer viewpoint: “your service advisor overall”. The Warranty Administrator (WRNCLK) is also measured by three things; 1) Master Training Certification, 2) Level 2 qualifying: First Time Throughput (FTT) of 85% or greater and 3) Level 3 ranking: First time throughput percentage with minimum of 120 claims.
Once again, congratulations to Jay and Bruce on your tremendous accomplishment and dedication. We at AAG are genuinely proud and honored to have you on the Anderson Team!

Grand Island BPM helping out a single mom!
Katey is a very hard worker and doing the best she can for her family. Being a single mom and attending school. She helps volunteer at the church when she is able to. Helping to serve food on Wednesday nights to the children. We first met Katey back in December when she came in to look at getting a vehicle as hers was on its last leg. We were unable to get her into a vehicle at that time and directed her towards her church and our BPM program.
