The path of excellence is not always the easiest to take, but it’s always the most rewarding.  The commitment to providing the best possible Ford Sales and Service experience is genuinely appreciated and the Employee Excellence programs is Ford’s way of recognizing contributions and saying “Thank You”.

Ford Motor Company acknowledges that to be the best requires a consistently high level of professionalism and dedication to your craft and the Employee Excellence Program recognizes and rewards those individuals who achieve this high bar in Sales Performance and Customer Satisfaction.

Once again, congratulations to Jay and Bruce on your tremendous accomplishment and dedication.  We at AAG are genuinely proud and honored to have you on the Anderson Team!

2017 401(k) Investment Changes

AAG management recently performed its annual 401(k) plan review with representatives from D.A. Davidson.  As part of the plan review, opportunities for plan savings were brought to our attention.  These savings are in the form of lower expense ratios for five of the index funds offered by the plan.  If you are currently participating in the 401(k) plan, please read the attached document in its entirety.  Any questions after doing so can be directed to your people resource representative, or you may contact Fidelity directly.

Dental & Vision cards for the 2017 benefit year

To all employees,

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to provide you with affordable benefits.  This year’s transition to Principal and for Dental and Vision coverage is taking longer than originally anticipated.   There have been some concerns expressed about the fact dental and vision cards have not been received.  Please be advised that while you do not have a card, you do still have coverage.  Each market’s people resources representative has a temporary card that can be used for any upcoming dental visits.  If you have a vision appointment scheduled, please reach out to your rep, and we will have a temporary ID number issued by Principal.  You can then use this number at your provider.  Please provide 2-3 days notice of the appointment so that we can ensure processing of the ID number by Principal.

Thank you!

We have had several inquiries about the Christmas party, please let me know if you have any questions after reading through the following bullet points.

  •  When employees check in at the party they will receive 5 raffle tickets (guests do not receive raffle tickets).
  • Donations this year will be collected at the store levels in order to avoid having to transport items back to the stores after the party.  Each store will have a designated area for you to take donations.  Donations for Lincoln North, Lincoln South, Grand Island, St Joe Ford, and St Joe Kia/Mitsubishi can be placed in the designated truck/car in the lobby of each store.  We ask that Andy’s take donations go to the Mazda store. Please see your PR rep in your market for donation location questions.  Different types of donations would be clothing, school supplies, toys, household items, etc.
  • A Because People Matter, Inc. table will be set up at the Christmas party.  Those who make a monetary donation to BPM will receive an extra raffle ticket.  Donations can be made that evening, or via payroll deduction.
  • The daycare area will close at 11:30, please plan accordingly to pick up your kids that are attending.
  • If you have requested a hotel room, confirmation numbers will be sent out December 7th or 8th.  If you live 50 or more miles away you will not be charged for your hotel room.  Very important…Anyone who has a hotel room that does NOT use it, and does NOT cancel it before the grace period will be charged for their room.
