Chris Williams, a Service Technician at Anderson Ford of Lincoln achieved Senior Master status in the the 2016 Masters Program with Ford September 8, 2016. Chris is achieving this status for the first time. Awards for this achievement include the Masters Trophy, Senior Master Plaque, 2016 Senior master medallion, 2016 Senior Master Technician Magnet and Senior Master Lapel Pin. Chris completed over 550 hours of Ford training to achieve this status and is one of 498 technicians in the Kansas City Region who holds this status.
As vehicle technology progresses, it requires increased levels of knowledge and skill for technicians to effectively complete advanced diagnostic and repair operations. The accomplishment we celebrate today demonstrates your support in our joint, commitment to highly trained personnel.
