A Few Announcements
A couple of quick announcements for you guys:
- The phone directory has been updated to include new team members and extensions. When dialing to the Lincoln south store, you need to use the entire number as 4-digit extensions aren’t supported for that location at this time.
- The employee handbook in the People Resource area has been updated.
- On Sunday, January 22 at 3:00 pm, a Nebraska State Senator will be present with an attorney at the Lincoln South store to explain a new law concerning foster kids in Nebraska. There are many challenges facing these kids, and unique opportunities available to help them in light of the new law on the table. Anyone and everyone is invited. Ronald McDonald Donation
The St. Joe store recently dropped off a check to the Ronald McDonald House for $700. Way to go guys!
2013 Ford Fusion
The 2013 Fusion was just revealed at the Detroit Auto Show, and it looks to be top of the class yet again. Along with 2 Ecoboost options, the new Fusion will offer options for a 6-speed manual, and AWD. Check out the detailed writeup here.
Van Donation
We just delivered this van as a gift to a local family in need near Grand Island. Awesome work team! The work of every individual is contributing to the funds that make this type of thing possible.
Holiday Donations
We’ve collected all of the donations from the Christmas party, and we ended up with a ton of items for donation. This is only some of what was given, and it was split up evenly between all markets.
Ag Appreciation Day
We had an awesome turnout for Ag Appreciation Day in Grand Island. Once a year, we invite our ag industry customers to come enjoy a hot meal on the house. Looks like 2-300 people came through during the day.
