Jerry Jelinek, Service Tech in Grand Island, just joined a very exclusive club. He just had his 40-year anniversary with Anderson!
As you can see, he is wielding a unique gift in honor of his tenure (a Henry Repeater rifle to be exact).
Congrats and thanks for your service Jerry!
Most of us enjoy a little friendly competition, and when that competition benefits everyone involved–even better! We’re excited to partner with a company called Profile to roll out a wellness competition at Anderson.
There’s a lot of information available, and I’m sure many of you will have specific questions. There will be a team from Profiles onsite in each store soon to answer those questions, and there are some documents linked below that provide details as well. For now, here are the main points of what we’re planning:
Reps with Profile will be onsite in the stores soon. Here are the meeting links for each store: Mazda, Lincoln North, St. Joe Ford, Kia/Mitsubishi, and Grand Island.
And here are links to materials from Profile that explain much more in-depth and offer a list of common questions: Brochure, Profiles Overview, and FAQ’s.
You can direct questions about the contest to any member of the People Resource Team. Good luck to all participants!
Many of those on our sales teams at the Ford stores have now had the chance to be part of a Drive One 4UR School event. At these events Ford donates $20 for every test drive, up to $6,000!
The Grand Island crew pictured above is getting setting up for their event and they went on to max out their test drives at 300, meaning they raised the full $6,000 for Grand Island Senior High! Nice work guys.
There have been some great nights for baseball lately, and the St. Joe crew recently took some R&R at the Mustangs game. Nice!
Side note: that hot dog set up is not taking any chances.
You’re looking at one of the most tenured team members we’ve got. A huge congrats to Jimmie Jackson, Parts Manager in Grand Island, on 40 years of service!
There are no upcoming events at this time.
